(Summary description)Graphene is the thinnest, hardest and most electrically conductive material ever discovered, and is known as the "king of new materials". Because of its special structure, graphene has many special properties: in terms of mechanical properties, graphene is the strongest material ever measured by man. It is 200 times stronger than steel and has a tensile modulus (stiffness) of 1 TPA (150,000,000 psi).

Graphene is the thinnest, hardest and most electrically conductive material ever discovered, and is known as the "king of new materials". Because of its special structure, graphene has many special properties: in terms of mechanical properties, graphene is the strongest material ever measured by man. In terms of electrical properties, Microcrystalline Technology's graphene has ultra-high carrier migration at room temperature and low resistivity, lower than copper or silver, and is by far the least resistive material, promising to be the base material for a new generation of electronic components. In terms of thermal properties, graphene has high thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity of up to 5300 W/m-K, higher than carbon nanotubes and diamond. The high thermal conductivity can be used to develop heat dissipation films, coating materials, etc. Thermally conductive films made from graphene materials can achieve efficient heat dissipation between lithium-ion batteries and the environment. The thermal conductivity is faster and foldable compared to conventional graphite sheets.
In terms of optical properties, graphene has high light transmission (3.2% absorption in a single layer) and appears almost transparent. Using the high light transmission and low resistivity, transparent conductive films and photovoltaic films can be developed. Based on the many advantages of graphene, it can be used to improve other materials. The mechanical and electrical properties of composites formed by doping graphene have been greatly improved in many studies, but graphene two-dimensional materials are only a few nanometres thick and have high adsorption properties between nanomaterial particles, so it is difficult to be completely dispersed, and due to the hydrophobicity inherent in pure carbon materials, making The inherent hydrophobicity of pure carbon does not allow graphene to be fully dispersed in other materials, which greatly limits the performance of the material, so how to disperse it has become a bottleneck for graphene applications.
At present, all kinds of synthesis technology of graphene are mature, the key is that graphene materials are difficult to disperse in other substrates, which is a difficult point to restrict its large-scale application. Without large-scale applications, graphene has no impetus for development.
This graphene dispersion is compatible with most aqueous systems on the market today. It can be used as an additive in various fields such as antibacterial fibre products, aqueous conductive coatings, aqueous thermal inks, aqueous heat dissipation coatings, lithium battery anode materials, etc. As an aqueous dispersion developed by Vigon Technology specifically for graphene dispersion, it can give the system good antibacterial, conductive and heat dissipation properties.
