E-paper edge sealant for e-paper readers is a one-component, thermosetting, non-conductive epoxy adhesive.The product has excellent long-term water resistance, low viscosity for easy levelling, simple process, long operating time, flexible adhesive layer and excellent adhesion.Its rheological properties are suitable for high speed production of display lines.This product is specially designed for sealing the edges of products such as e-books and electronic labels. The product has good flow properties, good toughness of the adhesive layer and excellent adhesion to glass, PET, metal and other materials.

Instructions for use.

Substrate treatment: Clean the surface of the substrate to be sealed to ensure that the surface of the substrate is free from impurities, oil and dirt.

Pre-treatment: Remove the glue from the -40°C freezer and leave it at room temperature (25°C) for one hour before use or place it (5-10°C) in the refrigerator for 90 minutes after re-tempering. The product should be used completely within 3.5 hours after re-temperature treatment and should not be stored frozen (-40°C) for re-use.

Dispensing time: use the dispensing machine to apply glue and use it completely within 3.5 hours at 25°C. (Specific parameters can be adjusted according to the actual use of the customer)

Curing time: at 70°C, curing in about 60 minutes.

Customers should test the performance of the product before using it and make appropriate adjustments according to their own construction equipment and processes, and the company is not responsible for any losses caused by improper use of the product.

Storage and precautions.

1、Sealed storage in -40℃ environment is recommended, exposure to the sun is strictly prohibited, keep away from strong acids, strong alkalis and strong oxidants.

2. The room temperature should be controlled at around 25°C during use; high temperatures may cause changes in the product properties.

3、Avoid inhalation or swallowing. If contaminated with skin, wash with soap and water or appropriate cleaning agent. In case of eye contamination, rinse immediately with plenty of water or diluted boric acid and seek medical attention for examination.
