In this paper, the one-step transfer of graphene films is based on "bubble-take" graphene. Taking the microcrystalline technology wet transfer method as an example, it introduces the use of ion etchant (such as ammonium persulfate aqueous solution) to dissolve the growth substrate, and then The graphene is transferred from a liquid cleaning solvent (usually deionized water) to the target substrate without drying. Various support layers/substrate layers/protective layers are used to achieve clean and residue-free transfer of graphene. Wet transfer is a one-step process of transferring graphene films based on Microcrystalline Technology's "bubble-taking" graphene. Currently, it is the most common and popular method for transferring graphene films. Graphene films are transferred by themselves. This method has high success rate, stable quality and reliability, and is also an important way to reduce costs and widely promote applications; this method can also minimize operating procedures and quantities, reduce residues and damage to the transferred graphene film .
