Polished Aluminum Sheet
The thickness of the polished aluminum sheet is 150um, 200um, and 300um. Electrochemical polishing is adopted, and the thickness of 200um is recommended for better effect.

Ultrathin AAO Membrane Transplantation
Ultra-thin AAO template can be transplanted to any substrate surface, used as a mask for etching to form nanohole arrays, or deposition masks to form nanodot arrays, laboratory micrographs; nanoimprinting, etc. Substrate selection: At present, it has been realized on Si, SiO2/Si, ITO, glass, Cu, HOPG and other substrates. The substrate is generally prepared and processed by the customer (area S≥1cm2, the customer provides the substrate).

V-shaped AAO template
The vertical channel of the AAO template is transformed into a channel structure with a large diameter at the upper end and a small diameter at the lower end. This structure is particularly suitable for surface nanostructure construction, such as nanoimprinting, and V-shaped channels are significantly better than vertical channels during demolding.

Double pass AAO template
By removing the barrier layer of the single-pass AAO template, a double-pass AAO template can be obtained. The single-pass AAO template is an opaque sample with a colored surface due to the support of the aluminum substrate, while the general double-pass AAO template is translucent. Single Pass AAO Template
The AAO template part in the single-pass AAO inorganic membrane has a honeycomb structure, that is, it is composed of many hexagonal cylindrical oxide primary cells (units), and each such unit has a small circular hole in the middle. At the lower end of the hole there is a hemispherical barrier layer between the oxide layer and the metal.
