Substrate treatment: Clean the surface of the substrate to ensure that it is free from impurities, oil and dirt. Pre-treatment: Take the product out of the -40℃ refrigerator and re-temperature it to 25℃ before use, keep it vertical during the re-temperature process and re-temperature it for about 45min. Dispensing: avoid UV light during the rewarming process, the best working temperature is 25°C. To ensure the adhesive effect, it is recommended to use a dispensing machine (the specific process parameters of the dispensing machine can be adjusted according to the actual use of the customer).

Curing: recommended to use the wavelength of 405nm light curing equipment for curing, the thickness of the adhesive layer should be controlled within 250 ± 10um, single-sided curing irradiation time > 25 seconds (curing time depends on the energy of the lamp), the product needs to be cured on both sides, such as equipment allows, double-sided curing can be carried out at the same time. After curing; will sample UV curing, room temperature for 48 hours, can be fully cured.
