In order to solve the problem of experimenters using CVD graphene in the transfer process, Hefei Vigon Materials Technology has launched a suspended self-transfer graphene. This graphene is based on the soaked graphene, and the copper substrate is etched away. The graphene/protective layer film is obtained, and then the graphene/protective layer film is transferred to the "suspended substrate". Direct transfer of graphene/protective layer films to any substrate. After the graphene/protective layer film (the protective layer is generally selected from PMMA) is transferred to the target substrate, it is dried at low temperature and soaked in acetone to remove the protective layer (PMMA). It is very convenient to use and can save a lot of time and energy for graphene researchers. Powerful, easy to operate.
The self-transferring graphene in the air is released into deionized water and then transferred to other substrates. Is the combination of graphene and substrate very strong: After the graphene is transferred to other substrates, the moisture is dried, and there is no air between the graphene and the substrate. It is very strong, and the binding force is mainly intermolecular force.
Storage method of self-transferring graphene in the air: For long-term storage, it must be stored in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator to keep the packaging environment moist, or released into deionized water for sealed storage. It is best to use the product as soon as possible (about two weeks) after getting the product. After the packaging environment is dry, it is not conducive to the release and use of graphene. The water mist in the packaging bag is a normal phenomenon, which is generated by deionized water absorbed by the white dust-free cloth. The purpose is to maintain the humidity of the packaging environment and facilitate the user to remove the graphene from the substrate.
